Our favourite things to do in North Wales

In preparation for Saint Davids Day tomorrow I thought I’d write a list of our favourite places in North Wales! Of course there’s so so many more— but here’s part 1

1. Great Orme

📍 LL30 2XF

Fun fact: world’s largest prehistoric copper mine!

What is there to do: Tram ride, museum, walks, underground adventure & a restaurant.

Easy to visit with kids? Very!

2. Conwy Castle 

📍LL32 8LD

Fun fact: Built In 13th century

How much does it cost? There is an entrance fee (£7.95 for adults, £5.60 under 16)and short term pay parking directly outside the castle.

Good for children? 100% yes!

3. Snowdonia

How much does it cost? £4 parking fee— zero climbing fees

Will children like it? Yes! You don’t have to go all the way up to see explore, there’s plenty to see

Can you just drive around? yes! You can drive from snowdonia all the way to Llandudno

Do you have to book? Definitely book it can sell out very quickly!

How much does it cost? around £50 per compartment

Is it for kids? They will absolutely love it!
